Current inquiry scope1. Scope and operator identity
Relay Verity accepts business inquiries through same-origin forms at /api/inquiries. Relay Verity is operated by Apex Coverage Group LLC, using the Florida address listed on this site.
The planned support mailbox is support@relayverity.com, but it is not active yet. Current intake, support, and privacy requests should use the website forms.
2. Information collected and stored
Inquiry forms may collect name, work email address, company name, phone number if provided, workflow/topic selection, message or notes, optional future SMS consent choice, optional future email marketing consent choice, form source, site identifier, client-generated submission ID, honeypot value, timestamps, and operational metadata.
The website host and backend may process technical information such as IP address, user agent, request logs, security logs, and diagnostics. The site does not use external analytics scripts, trackers, or third-party browser scripts.
3. Email validation limits
The backend may check submitted email addresses for syntax and DNS/MX records where available. These checks do not prove mailbox ownership, authority to use the address, or actual deliverability to that person.
4. Purposes
Relay Verity may use inquiry information to review and respond to business requests, evaluate requested verification or document workflows, maintain consent records, troubleshoot the intake service, secure the website, prevent abuse, and support operator and legal review.
Submitting an inquiry does not trigger outbound email, SMS, calls, account creation, automatic marketing subscription, document delivery, or e-signature routing.
5. Mobile information and SMS consent
Relay Verity does not currently send SMS messages. The optional SMS checkbox on the home page records a preference for a possible future account-notification program only and is not required for inquiry submission. If a future SMS program is activated, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process mobile information only as needed for requested service, security, support, compliance, or operational functions.
6. Service providers and disclosure
The website host and backend inquiry worker/service provider process inquiries and store them in a private SQLite database. Hosting providers may process request logs and security diagnostics. DNS/MX checks may query public DNS infrastructure for submitted email domains.
Information may also be disclosed to service providers under appropriate instructions, or when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a business transaction.
7. Retention
Inquiry records and consent records are retained for operator review, security, compliance, and deletion handling until the operator deletes them or updates retention procedures.
This policy does not promise that phone numbers, inquiry messages, consent choices, or technical logs are never retained.
8. Choices and rights
Individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or additional information depending on location and relationship to the service. Use the contact form for privacy requests while the planned support address, support@relayverity.com, is not active yet.
9. Security
Relay Verity uses private inquiry storage and access-limited operational handling for current intake. No internet-connected service can promise absolute security, and safeguards may be updated if additional services are activated.
10. Changes and contact
The operator may update this policy as the site, vendors, support channels, messaging program, or legal obligations change.
