Terms of service
These terms cover the current Relay Verity inquiry website and distinguish active inquiry capture from possible future SMS, email, document, e-signature, and follow-up workflow services.
Relay Verity is operated by Apex Coverage Group LLC. The site accepts business inquiries through same-origin forms.
Submitting a form creates a private inquiry record only. It does not create an account, form a customer agreement, send SMS, place calls, send email, subscribe anyone to marketing, deliver documents, or initiate an e-signature workflow.
You may use Relay Verity forms to request information about SMS verification, document delivery, e-signature routing, and follow-up workflow review. You are responsible for providing accurate information and only submitting information you are authorized to share.
The intake worker stores submitted inquiry details privately and may check email syntax plus DNS/MX records where available. These checks do not verify mailbox ownership or guarantee that an address is reachable.
No Relay Verity SMS program is active from this website today. The optional home-page SMS checkbox records a preference for a possible future account-notification program and is not required to submit an inquiry or purchase services.
If a future SMS program is activated, participants would receive the message types described at opt-in. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers may delay or fail to deliver messages, and carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
Future SMS terms must provide operative STOP and HELP instructions, support routing, opt-out handling, and consent language before any sending begins. The planned support address is support@relayverity.com, but the mailbox is not active yet.
The optional email marketing checkbox records a preference only. Relay Verity does not currently send marketing email or automatically subscribe form submitters to an email list.
If marketing email is activated later, it should be sent only with appropriate consent or another lawful basis selected by the operator, and each marketing email should include an unsubscribe option.
No public account portal is active from this website. If accounts are offered later, customers should provide accurate information, protect credentials, limit access to authorized personnel, and use the service only for workflows they are authorized to operate.
You may not use Relay Verity to submit spam, deceptive content, unlawful content, malware, abusive content, unauthorized contact information, or messages that misrepresent consent. You may not probe, scrape, interfere with infrastructure, impersonate another party, or attempt to bypass security controls.
The operator may decline, ignore, or delete inquiries that appear abusive, automated, misleading, unlawful, outside scope, or inconsistent with these terms.
Use of the inquiry site is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Optional SMS and email checkbox choices, when submitted, may be stored as consent records, but they do not activate outbound messages.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to support the requested service.
Document delivery or e-signature functionality is not active from this website. Any future workflow may depend on customer configuration and third-party provider setup. This site does not provide legal advice about electronic signatures, records, identity verification, or enforceability.
No uptime, delivery-rate, fake-email prevention, certification, or compliance promise is made. The operator may update these terms as the site, vendors, service model, support channels, messaging program, or legal obligations change.
